Research Using NMS Match Data

Proposal submission for NMS Match Data

The GCEA Executive Committee is accepting proposals for scholarly projects requiring NMS Match Data. After each admissions cycle, NMS publishes summary statistics on their website. Additional data collected by NMS during applicant registration is owed by GCEA and may be shared with qualified investigators conducting research with appropriate oversight from an institutional review board. Investigators wishing to use Match Data may submit a proposal outlining their project’s research question, specific aims, methods, and need for Match Data. Please see the Application Instructions document for detailed instructions and guidance. Proposals will be reviewed by the GCEA Match Committee using a rubric and then approved or denied by the GCEA Executive Committee.
